Originally issued in small paper envelopes which are very rare, these were given away two per issue beginning with the very first issue of August 1922 and ending with issue 47 in January of the following year. From issue 28 cards were issued as ‘pair’ cards but these subsequently turn up cut into ‘singles’; complete pairs are not rare, but are distinctly harder to find. 

The cards were issued on these dates. * H.P. Evans was also issued in Scotland and that issue is much rarer than the English one.

W. Grimshaw – Issue 8,  22 April, 1922 - English

J. Blair – Issue 15, 10 June, 1922 - English

*H.P. Evans – issue 24, 12 August, 1922 - English and Scottish

J. Page – issue 34, 21 October, 1922 - English 

Expect to pay up to £1.50 for English issues and £10 for Scottish. Uncut pairs a little more.
