The only thing I know about this card is that it uses the same "Webber" photograph as the D.C. Thomson Footballers series from 1923. It has a plain back, it may be a proof or even a packet issue looking at the border and the way it has been cut, it seems as this card is unrecorded, so the value is anyones guess.
